Dr. Brent Christensen
Dr. Brent Christensen was born in Mountain Home, Idaho and raised on a farm in Marsh Valley. He graduated from Marsh Valley high school in 1988 and then spent two years as a missionary in France. The next four years were spent at Idaho State University studying Zoology and Biology.
He then completed a four-year degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA in 1999. The next three years were spent completing an extensive surgical residency program based at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco.
Professional Organizations
He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Christensen decided to return to the place he loved the most and has been in private practice in Pocatello since 2002.
Dr. Christensen and his wife have 4 children, 3 boys and 1 girl. He is active in youth sports, coaching football, and basketball. He enjoys gardening, college football and most of all spending time with his family.
